CheckOnHomes provides Home Watch Concierge Services that keeps an eye on your home and property when you are away. We watch over your current home, second home, Airbnb, Vrbo or when you are out enjoying life. Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property looking for obvious issues.

We help mitigate your risk and we help reduce your financial risk if something goes wrong!

Random visual inspections- inside and outside

Pick up Amazon packages/mail/flyers on doors

Turn on outdoor/indoor lights

Check sinks and outdoor faucets for potential leaks

Check HVAC systems and make sure they are working

Prepare for weather- bring in plants, outdoor furniture

Clean security cameras/recharge batteries

Bring in garbage bins

Meet contractors and lock the house when they leave

Vendor coordination for contracted services like pet sitting, landscaping, etc.

We treat your home like it's ours. Matt and Brooke Booth live in Castle Pines, CO and have 3 children. Brooke is a Colorado native and Matt has lived in Colorado since 1985. We are huge Denver Broncos fans, love sports, and the Colorado outdoors. We love dogs! We have a Newfoundland and Great Pyrenees!
