CheckOnHomes provides Home Watch Concierge Services that keeps an eye on your home when you are away. We watch over your current home, second home, Airbnb, Vrbo or when you are out enjoying life. Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property looking for obvious issues.
We help reduce your financial risk if something goes wrong!
Typical Services:
Regular visual inspections- inside and outside
Pick up Amazon packages/mail
Turn on outdoor/indoor lights
Check sinks and outdoor faucets for potential leaks
Check HVAC systems and make sure they are working
Prepare for weather- bring in plants, outdoor furniture
Clean security cameras/recharge batteries
Bring in garbage bins
Meet contractors and lock the house when they leave
Vendor coordination for contracted services like pet sitting, landscaping, etc.
Other services upon request
Pricing: We charge based on our time. We usually charge $45 to $65 an hour depending on the type of service.
We serve Colorado communities in Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Parker, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, and Cherry Creek.

Meet the Team
We treat your home like it's ours. Matt and Brooke Booth live in Castle Pines, CO and have 3 children. Brooke is an active Colorado realtor and appraiser. Matt has worked in the corporate word for 25 years selling enterprise software and has his Colorado realtor license.
